Website Visitor Information
We gather information about all of our website visitors collectively and we use this information anonymously; aggregated with other users’ information, in order to protect your privacy, to compile reports and to help us improve our website.
We use Google Analytics to collect information about how visitors use our website. This is used to note your interest in our website and measure the effectiveness of our advertising and promotional activity. In some instances; such as when you contact us to enquire about Aide Online services, we may require specific information about you, such as your name, your company, your position, your e-mail address and/or physical location. Under the General Data Protection Regulation we will only hold personal identifiable information for the maximum retention periods:

- Marketing enquiries and emails : 6 months
- Financial records : 7 years
